Your Appointment

Once we’ve had a chat about what it is that you’d like help with, I’ll confirm either one appointment (smoking cessation), or a series of appointments (everything else) for you.

Your initial appointment will be approximately 10-14 days later, although short notice ones occasionally become available.

You’ll be asked to pay a deposit to guarantee your appointment(s).

Appointments are available during the working week and on Saturday mornings. Evening appointments are unfortunately currently not available.

Your hypnotherapy session will take place at Norfolk House Courtyard in the centre of Diss, Norfolk and will usually last between 60 and 90 minutes. Further appointments take place at weekly intervals, and I promise to never book more appointments for you than are absolutely necessary.
